- 60g Grapfruits
- 50g kale
- 60g Pineapple
- 60g celery
- 1 tsp yoghurt
- 60g apple
- 50g carrots
- tsp. honey
– take pineapple peel or juice
– take grapefruit (1 /2) peel
– carrot peel
– wash apple, celery and kale
– 1 tsp honey
put all fruits and vegetable through centrifuge to make juice. Add pineapple-juice, yoghurt and honey mix well.
