• 60g Grapfruits
  • 50g kale
  • 60g Pineapple
  • 60g celery
  • 1 tsp yoghurt
  • 60g apple
  • 50g carrots
  • tsp. honey

– take pineapple peel or juice
– take grapefruit (1 /2) peel
– carrot peel
– wash apple, celery and kale
– 1 tsp honey

put all fruits and vegetable through centrifuge to make juice. Add pineapple-juice, yoghurt and honey mix well.
serve right away
