  • 70g Powdered sugar

  • 100g Butter
  • 3pcs Egg yolks

  • 1g Cream cheese
  • 30g Cornstarch
  • 370g Sugar
  • 160g Sour cream
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 30ml Vanilla (extract)
  • 4pcs Eggs
  • Lime zest (some)

Base of the cheese cake

*Preheat oven 160°C.

*Brush the molds with butter.

Step 1
Mix flour, powdered sugar, salt, lemon zest and butter together.

Step 2
Add egg yolks.!

Step 3
Cover the dough and put into fridge to make it hard.

Step 4!
Flatten it into molds as base and bake 160°C. !

Cheese cake

*Preheat oven 150°C.

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, cornstarch, sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla and lime zest together.

Step 2
After that add eggs one by one.

Step 3
Pour into molds 80% full and bake 150°C.
