• Non-stick cooking spray
  • Half kg of pork chops
  • 1/4 cup reduce-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp minced ginger
  • ½ Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, partially drained

Method:

Preheat oven to 200° C.

Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Place the pork chop in a baking dish in a single layer.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce with brown sugar, ginger, red pepper and pineapple.

Pour over pork chops.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, basting frequently.
