• 35g Unflavoured Gelatin
  • 120ml Milk
  • 1200 Cream
  • 300g White Sugar
  • 200g Grated Dark Chocolate

Method:

1. Sprinkle gelatine in milk and allow to soften for ten minutes.

2. Heat cream with sugar. Add chocolate and stir until dissolved.

3.Remove from stove, add softened gelatine and stir.

4. Pour mixture into ramekins or coffee cups and place in fridge for 2 hours until set.
