• 1400 g octopus
  • 20- 30 ml of limejuice
  • 2 whole onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 red chili or green chill
  • 30 g of coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

1. Clean the octopus thoroughly and put it in a pot to boil.

2. Take it out of the water when it is tender.

3. Rinse it and cut into pieces.

4. Take the seeds out of the tomatoes and cut them into cube or strips.

5. Chop the onion or cut it into ring curls.

6. Chop the coriander but not too finely.

7. After doing the mise en place, take a big bowl, mix everything inside and add limejuice, salt and pepper to taste.
